- A non-refundable advance is required to confirm your event date.
- Full payment must be made before or on the event day, as per agreed terms.
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, or any method agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- In case of force majeure events (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), Banquet 186 may offer rescheduling options, subject to availability.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and requirements.
- Any damage to property or equipment by guests or third-party vendors will be chargeable.
- External vendors must be approved in advance and comply with our safety and conduct standards.
5. Use of Venue
- The venue must be used only for lawful and agreed-upon events.
- Smoking and alcohol use must comply with local laws and venue policy.
- Event activities must conclude by the time agreed upon in the contract.
6. Banquet 186 Rights
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or organization acting in violation of our policies or inappropriately.
- We may update or change services, rates, or terms without prior notice.
